Locking of threads/topics

Must say it goes without saying that the locking of topic points and threads clearly highlights that tanki do not respect there players, views opinions or expressions of complaint and suggestions. Why lock threads and hide behind the EULA, it shows clearly that they want to shut people up from telling their opinions/findings, why would they do this? Is it because the threads are correct and tanki is worried? I live in the UK I have freedom of speech the EULA means nothing to me!

People don't use their brains, but create the same topics again and again, to post their opinions there. Creating similar topics, or topics that were recently discussed is forbidden by the Rules. Thus, 'dupe' threads get locked.

Then simply leave. When you registered in the game, you accepted and agreed the EULA. And now you say it means nothing to you.

Just to let you know, if you read the EULA when you registered (you agreed to it, didn't you read it?), you would see that if you don't agree with it, you are not allowed to use any of th Game services and you're obliged to leave immediatly. So, if you don't agree with it, leave.

 

P.S. If you want to complain, or anything, read the EULA, at the bottom is the address of the Leninsky court, you can complain there.

haha why would/should I? I would not complain, there are plenty of ways to get what one wishes online ;) without the need to complain in a show court....!

Hahahaha. THIS is exactly why the English servers are damn near empty at night in the US. Nobody in the US puts up with crap like this from companies they get a service from... which is what your game is. Learn how business works. Your game is nothing without the customers it provides a service to. Ruin the relationship with your customers and your service becomes extinct... get it?

However I stand by by view about the locking of thread which encompasses how a business views its customers and their opinions, customer confidence is evidently low due to this recent update and rather than acknowledge this threads of disgruntlement are locked behind the veil of an EULA that in all terms really does not restrict any user who wishes to access anything without an EULA agreement!

The devs do know, just they don't come on the forum.Topics are locked in line with the forum rules, no matter what they are about, or what updates have happened recently. In comparison, in the russian forum, any topics on the subject of Update 123 are locked straight away. If you want to discuss this, then its better to post in general, rather than complaints, as all complaints topics will be locked.

that adds more fuel to individuals who will chose whether to spend or not spend money on this game, the more that EULA is used as point and case will deter its customer base and create further disharmony. Whilst I respect the jobs that Mods/Devs do (and it is not a easy role) current decisions are having a direct effect on customer confidence!
