They should send you an email 30 mins later.After you sent them your problem , ps use good English russian and don't forget to put your account name and password before you ask tanki help team.Keep in mind that they use google translate to translate your letter into russian , thats why full sentences and grammar is really important when writing to them.

If didn't get anything from them try writing the letter again.

Pps check your spam mail.

After writing a letter for help half an hour later they send you a letter something like this like this:

Hello! Greetings from the Help Desk of the Tanki Online game.

We have received your message. We have created a ticket #131710 in our system on the basis of your query.

The Help Desk team works 24 hours a day processing tickets strictly as they arrive, without selecting or rejecting "unfavorable" ones. At the moment, there is a queue of 89 tickets.

Queries on the queue at the time the letter was received: 89.

Please do not write about this issue again, since all of your messages will be merged together, and the ticket will be moved to the end of queue automatically.

If you are dissatisfied with the Help Desk service, you may also complain to sprt@tankionline.com.

Thank you for being with us!

Now all you do is wait until it your turn,they should send you a letter like this once its your turn:

Hello!

 

Your application has been received. Its consideration will take from 1 to 30 days - depending on the workload of the technical support.

Once your issue is resolved, we will send you a written response to the e-mail, from which we received the application.

Once your problem is solved they send you a letter something like this:

Hello

The information about that some crystals disappeared from your account has been confirmed. We inform you that all of the missing crystals were successfully returned to your specified account. Things that were bought for the missing crystals have been removed from the garage.

.well no reply yet !

Crap i dont know what is wrong with tanki support team wich email did you send it too , it is taking unusually (abnormally) long.If they still don't reply try Private messaging a mod.

PMing Mods, or anyone else on the forum is pointless. They can't do anything, they will just tell you to write to the Tech Support.

Writing to help@tankionline.com is the only way. Send one email and wait. You will get an automatic response, saying how many tickets (players) are there before you, meaning how many players sent an email to them before you did. Once they deal with the players before you, they will check your email.

It's important to not send more than one email, since you will not get a faster response, but you will just slow down the whole process.

 

Send one email and wait. If you don't get a response within 24 hours, send a new email.

Whats morninig ? . I have already send 2 e mail . But no response! . this time i send a last e mail then check in my e mail that is there any reply . And tell me that i have to check the reply on the spam in my e mail ? . I think the hacker has almost eaten my more then 300 nose and more then 250 nuc and 100 armor . and my 2400 crystals . ahh ! i am soo angry right now . ok i hope this last e mail that i will send will help me :( :(

Ahh ! no reply after 24 hours :( . All I did is click the help.tankionline.com or what ever it is ! , then i wrote my e mail so that they can reply in my e mail and the lost password and the nickname which also lost named Dughati . Then I wrote my problem that ,you know! the problem is that the password is not working and its the right password and the e-mail is also not working so please help me ! . so what do I can write more to tell the problem ?. amy thing els I have to tell them ?
