I was playing in a Massacre CTF today. Our team was winning, and I had captured 2 of our 8 flags. Then the other team decided to start drugging. It was alright at first. Our team kept winning, because the other team wasn't as skilled. But then, like newbies, everybody except me and one other left our team. So we fought on, and the druggers started to win.

 

It was their 6 players to our 2, so I would have expected them to stop drugging. They wouldn't have needed to anyway. But no. They were DUMB druggers, so they kept wasting their drugs for a small fund, when they could have dominated without them. There was only one person on their team who wasn't drugging fully, but as soon as I killed him once, he did, and never died again. Why? I don't know. He didn't really need to. Maybe he wanted to keep up his rating. In the end, it came to me and my teammate being killed as soon as we appeared and never getting a chance to shoot anybody. In the last moment 3 people joined our team, but the battle was over. The druggers had won, but I'm sure that the small fund didn't repay them sufficiently for the drugs they had wasted so carelessly.

Don't think that I hate all druggers. Just dumb ones. I drug myself sometimes.

I hate when an average battle turns into a drug war. The only thing to do is drug back or leave. I've seen people randomly using health-packs when the fund was low. I don't mind people drugging occasionally to get the flag or to maintain first place, but when they do it for no reason really annoys me.

 

And in your picture, that guy has 68 kills and 1 death, IN MASSACRE, WTF!! I wish NSBP's were cheaper.

Seriously, I'm not wasting my drugs to get high funds, I will drug if I see a goldbox or carry a flag.

what i do: i always play DMs, mostly i like to take a friend with me as a team. first im gonna try and get as many kills as i can without supplies

if i am coming 1st 2nd or 3rd with very little difference from the other players, i use full supplies in last 2 mins and call it POWERPLAY!

Another dumb drugger story: I was playing in a battle and a railgun who was in last place started drugging when there was only one flag left to be captured. Not a minute later the battle ended and he only got 4 crystals, not nearly enough to cover the price of the drugs.

I drug for small funds. But only cause I'm drugging for fun and not for the fund. Although, in a situation like you described, I'd stop drugging, except for maybe the occasional nitro when I had the flag. (Simply cause I'd be bored of moving slowly)

Yes. I know the feeling. I was in silence once. The score fas fairly even, then the last 30 minutes of the game the majority of players on the other team started drugging (non-stop). Eventually, when my team had left me alone (only 5 flags left to win - I was loosing by 20); I'd expect them to stop, but they where having fun with me (in their way). It got to the point that some of there team mates left the game after watching me get blown up, over and over again. I eventually decided to leave as well, and typed into the battle chat before going "have fun"...There was still about 18 minutes left on the clock.

i rarely drug, but i always activate the N2O (if i have more) for mostly CTF & crys boxes...

if some1 drugs alot in a battle, i make sure he/she waste all the drugs (having 0 drugs) then i'l start to drug with my FireBird M1, so REVENGE...

The thing is, it totally depends on your opinion on what is a dumb drugger. I would call that a simple drugger. If you saw me in that sort of battle, I would just constantly drug, because its funner to play like that, and I have a lot of drugs to waste. It depends on your perspective - some people doing that would be dumb - due to their lack of drugs. Then they complain later on about lack of drugs. Others just drug for fun. Im with the hamster here.
