Federalissimo was never chat mod, and test100 account is for candidate chat mods for testing purposes as far as I seen. :ph34r:

A little while ago, Damn_slow (Bless his soul), left the forum. Previously the master troll of the forum, his passing opened a hole in the position. Though many seem to strive for the position, none have really established themselves as king of trolls and trolling once more. This vote will seek to amend the hole that has been made by the loss of one of the greatest trolls ever to walk the earth (as well as being a frickin' good admin), and will place the next rightful king in their throne.
