sitting on flag

Ok i don't know if any one else has this problem but many times i have gone to take a flag and i find a mammoth with a freeze just sitting right on top of it. don't you think there should be something to stop people form just sitting on their flag

mamoth + freeze is a nightmare if they defend in CTF or CP, especially in small maps. They are not against the rule though lol

Mamoth is slow and freeze is short-ranged, so use ur range :D

if u have firebird or isida or freeze too, try to get him before he spray that annoying chemical on u :P

u may also help ur team advance so that someone would get him for u :D

Remember that this guy is VERY slow ^^ so once u get out of his range, u get rid of him :P

This is exactly what I do when I use my fat hull... if freezes try to kill me, I just press 2 for a double armor and do nothing.

It will buy my team mates extra time and I'll distract the freeze. The freeze will be taken down in no time.

 

Just don't get your butt of that flag, you're heavy enough to stay on it when someone is trying to bump you.

There's nothing much you can do about it if you are facing someone sitting on the flag with a mammoth.

 

Hide in the shadows and try to kill the mammoth, you will be taken down by all the others pretty quick though.

But it works sometimes, especially when you have some team mates helping you.

Yo OP, you can't blame the guy for defending his flag ,now can you? Of course you don't expect him to move over and let you take the flag

without freezing you, do you? If you do have the freeze and mammoth in your team, what would you expect him to do? Be the flag catcher? Or

flag defender? FYI, the mammoth is the best tank to be used as defender, with whatever guns equipped ^_^

Hey tankman,

 

this case is Very common, and there's 2 solution's

1: if he is a drugger, then you sadly have no choice but to 1-1 face off.

2: if he is not on drugs, then get a distance gun ( Thunder/Twin/Smoky/rail) and try to kill him or hurt him enough so he hides away, then just go and grab their flag.
