Don't expect that they will be kicked just because you voted for them. More than 50% of your team should vote for him to be kicked.

If it is a 10x10 battle than you need 6 votes to kick someone from battle.

It would be great if there would be like a camera you know i mean you create a program which spots the moves of tanks which mult,sabotage and other things which are against the rules so you don't need to do anything because the camera does it all alone

Try notifying your team-mates of the system, and then perhaps they will know how to use it, if you help them out a little.
