I am confused a bit help please

Tanki says before up123 there is 100% crystals(standard)

after it is 50% less

then they say they increased it by 60%

50%+60% = 110%

but they say it is 80% percent normal

where am i wrong.

Your maths is flawed... Let's say you got 1000 crystals before Update 123

 

Before 123: 1000 crystals

After update 123: 500 crystals.

 

Now, the 60% increase is on the 500 crystals, so you do 60% of 500 and add it on.

 

60% of 500 is 300, so after update 144, you would earn 800 (300 + 500) crystals.

 

 

After update 144: 800 crystals

 

So, you're actually earning 80% of what you would have before Update 123.
