This is far from a jury. All of them are probably true; just because there's no picture, it doesn't mean it's false. No one needs to convince anyone. If you can't believe what someone says (and what they're saying is realistic things) then that's your problem; don't say nothing verbally. That's invalid reasoning to deny a claim.
