Freeze/fire effect

If an enemy tank is under the freeze effect and a firebird comes along and empties its tank of flames onto it, does the fire/DOT work while the enemy tank is frozen?

I was just curios, nothing important

If you are on fire, freeze can freeze you.

If you are frozen, firebird can unfreeze you.

If you are frozen and a Firebird come to you, it can unfreeze without damaging you if it is in your same team. If that Firebird is in the enemy team he will unfreeze you but also deal you burning damage.
