When I joined Tanki last August 2011, I was like "ugh, it might be another crappy turned-based MMO with flashy ads", and when I joined a battle I was then like "HOLY ****, THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!!!"From then on, I played Tanki, but not that much, that's why I'm still Third Liutenant today. :D

ahh... man. i clicked on a battle, and the first thing i saw was a little tank with green paint. I just started shooting randomly on a player, i killed him! I had no idea what i was doing, but i was just doing it because i had the control over that little tank, that was and will be more powerful than a viking and thunder :)

Absolutely right; don't hold on to the past for that long, or it will consume you.

Besides, tanki is still fantastic today.

 

Don't get me wrong, I miss those old graphics, with the old Thunder and Viking, and it's fantastic red/orange pure Thunder shots.

But then I realize again that this is still the same game with the same controls, and the same fun.

I left out one thing: Paints. We used to be fascinated by the sparkling reflection of the White Paint; it's sort of silent words, speaking out to your enemies, inspiring fear in them, so you thought. Its so simple, yet so cunning. We ran around in Winter Highland, a map that's scarce these days, pretending to be a hired Assassin. Once we discovered the shortcut, if you were Red, on the left side of the level that led into the Blue side, we thought we were Ninjas in metal plating. But the fascination with the White Paint quickly died off after the purchase of the Black Paint, which now that we had the it, influenced us into thinking that we were the brunt force. But then we found the Forester Paint, and, with our new fascination with Kungur, worked out perfectly. It now made us think we were Commando's on a mission to rid the world of the Blue's. Then we found the Safari Paint. It fascinated us with it's so plain pattern, its elegance, and its resistance to the Isida. With that paint, we thought we were God. But the truth is, we will never be God, but we will always be experiencing the new sensations of the different paints, new things to pretend to be, and, the truth is, we will be satisfied with always being a newbie, and always leaning. So be easy on them, their trying to enjoy their experience, and maybe you should try to enjoy yours, too ;)

what about seeing your first crystal box, and then the gold box?

When i saw my first crystal box i said-

 

woah, is that suppossed to be some kind of bomb? and then a person took it so i did not care.

 

When i saw someone take a gold box, the first time i said-

 

So freakin' lucky dude, it had a Gold color to it. Must be a bigger bomb. Then i just never tried to get gold box because i thought it was a bad thing.

 

When i got my first gold box, accidentally, I understood the true meaning of the gold box and had a heart attack.

He's more like a squirrel or a bear. They take a nap once in a while, nearly exactly always in winter, and come back if spring

comes. This periods might be different, just as the fact he might stay now, but as example, he's a squirrel.
