He told about a city being renamed to 'Пермь'.

I've done some quick reasearch and I found out that 'Пермь' is 'Молотов' -Molotov.

But Molotov is the map with the '/quest' code that leads you to the third picture.

This doesn't solve if picture 3 is either sergeffect or mariya_86.
