Your friend can give you money in real life; but it's impossible to transfer money (or crystals) trough the game.

I'm not sure about the last part though.

I'm sure you'll get a good answer from those fantastic consultants.

Maybe they'll even answer it trough this thread.

Here is my adventure with this:

 

Me:

 

"I tried to pay from Finland a credits to the guy who lives in a country where you cannot buy the credits. But in the instructions were not any guidelines to how to do that correctly.

What I already tried, was to use "daopay" method, cause there was an option to give a nickname. I did put my phone number to there and his nickname, and the program recognized my country correctly, but when I did send the message, i had a message in Finnish language that said "Palvelua ei löytynyt antamallasi tilaustunnisteella". It means in english: "service was not found by that order ID"

I also double checked that the ID was written correctly."

 

Tankionline support:

Me:

"Yeah, now i did do that, but the crystals game to my own account, not to his as i planned to do.

So please, can you now remove all the crystals from my account and move them to his account "

 

Tankionline support:

Can your provide screenshots what exact difficult in payment?"

 

Me:

"Of course it is possible, it just is not how you work, cause this may affect problems. (And i understand that of course), but the problem here is now, that i did not wanted to buy those credits to my own account, but i did still received them to my own account.

If your rules deny you to move the credits to other account, can you then undo the whole buying process, so i could try again?

 

With "daopao" i were not able to buy anything, but the system still allowed me to go through that whole buying process. That is a huge problem. I just received message to my phone, that the service was not found. So i am not sure did they still took money from me, or not. That system just recognized my message, and answered to it, but i am not sure what happend to my money, not before my phone service company bills me about this adventure...

 

Do you need a photo of that sms-message in my phone?

And the second option i used, was mopay. Their method worked well, except i found the credits into my own account, which was not the idea... Though it is possible that i by mistake forget to type his nickname, cause every time when you go back, it automatically fills your own nickname to that "nick" form. I am not sure is that possible to understand from screenshots. I just hope that you get the idea of my problem..."

"No, that was not the point. But now i do understand that we really have problem with languages and i probably cannot ever explain the point better, so. :)

I like your game, it is funny to play, and i will continue for doing so. Thanks for doing it and happy dev for you guys, i will not continue with this issue! :)"
