The only thing it brings me is ban , and it distracts me from battle-ing

I agree. It definitely distracts you from battling and getting experience, but it doesn't mean you have to stop. There's a lot of good information here.

Just read the rules, and be sure to think about what you are about to say and where, before you post.

I know , but im just sick of getting banned for a complaint post. Why dont they ban insulters or something? I'm not sure yet if im gonna quit or not.

Whoever goes against rules get what is expected. In Complaints rules, it states that posting replies is against rules. Just don't post replies to topics in there unless it is one of those certain circumstances allowed.
