If you are serious try Broken Angels or Woken Furies By Richard Morgan and Great North Road by Peter Hamilton - both not for kids, BTW. Funny how putting the word "adult" in front of almost anything makes it seem *wrong" - don't see too many kids reading Newsweek or Time :D

And if you have spare time, you might want to watch ''Glory,'' a 1989 film produced by Edward Zwick. It's an interesting one also. You can watch it on Youtube I think.

Warning: If you fail to read this post and take a look at some of these books, then you may do so at your own Risk. Why? Because you'll make me very sad. These books are incredible.

The longest book i have ever read was 'The Hobbit', and that was only because we had to for an exam we had. I actually really enjoyed it and there are not many books that i can read for longer than a few minutes. I felt like i achieved so much when i finished it. Other than that i like reading the dictionary...

I like to read Fantasy and Sci-fi, as well as non-fiction literature... I'm reading LOTR right now, which is very very good. Probably my favourite series of all time is the Mortal Engines Quartet, absolutely fantastic.

''Animal Farm'' by: George Orwell etc....

I've read a lot of those and they are quite good. My personal favorite books are either the Hunger Games or Harry Potter. It's hard to decide which. I also like reading classic literature.
