I hate smokies the little bitty guns on mammys at the higher ranks drives me crazy -- espcially when they continueally kill me. lol :) :)

The only thing I sometimes struggle to use smokey, is its aiming accuracy especially at a large map like Kunger. Compare it to using thunder, I find it lot easier to aim than smokey due to its longer barrel. Oh and I hate seeing a m2/m3 wasp player using savanna paint protection, which takes forever to kill them.

when facing an m2 rail with m1 smokey in the open it almost never gets a crit and if its the same tank rail wins

by the time you get m2 smokey you basicly have m3 rail rank

And btw, I do not use the railgun right now and when I used it, it was before Rebalance. I had it M3 and I was cool with it like this:

 

 

(In the picture above the gold fell at the beginning of the battle. I killed 5 and died 0 times and then that Thunder Viking guy in the picture, hidden in the bushes started to sabotague and pushed me over because I took the gold). Also, I once got 44.00 D/L with railgun!

by the time you get m2 smokey you basicly have m3 rail rank

 

You only can obtain m3 railgun at the rank before Marshall, so it's still long way after you obtain m2 smokey. That means, there are loads of m2 smokey and m2 rail battles before Marshall rank.

It is "irony" that most smokey user are covered in savanna paint, maybe it is only recently I have always seen those smokey with savanna tanks. I said it, because for most thunder player uses anti-thunder protections against themselves.

And at least I have m2 thunder in my collection too.
