You have to report him first. And obviously what is your proof why he is a hacker?

How do you know he's a hacker?

The problem with most people nowadays (including me) is that we all jump into conclusions

He applied to clans with 6 different extremely high ranked accounts. From my experience, It takes about 1-2 years to get one account past the 'Generals' stage. So unless he has ALOT of money to spend when the buy experience thing was out. This guy is very suspicious.
