Assembling a Team

It's not hard to find good players in-game, who are suitable to creating a good team. However since forum registration is closed, those members can't confirm their membership, should an official team thread be created. How can we go about this. I'm not sure for how long the forum registration has been closed, but that would mean we can only find members who have a forum account, which is significantly more difficult. Am I getting something wrong? Thanks for taking time to read this.

NO, its always open you just have to login with your tanki account, Check Rules for Teams.
