I help out someone who had a question, and now I have -3 reputation. So nice.

Is there any point to the Reputation thing though? If you get too many negatives, do you get banned or something? or is it pointless?

There aren't any guidelines for upvote/downvote right? E.g. It's based on your opinion of the post?

Also, this feature was recently added right?

Yesterday it was introduced. And no there are no guidelines so trollers can do whatever they want to do. Great :)

And Tanki will never give bans for having a lot of negative votes, that would mean that someone can get someone else banned without a good reason...

They are your reputation. You vote someone's reputation up or down based on their comment. You can see your reputation on your profile page.

It's the new "Reputation" system.

pressing the arrow UP: will give the person 1 reputation point.

pressing the arrow DOWN: will take away 1 reputation point.

Answered by @loktinho and , thanks. Next time use the Search option, there were some topics speaking about this already.
