I am really confused between cedar and roger

as we move to the higher ranks twins are a big head ache and roger for 21,250 crystals is a good deal.(30% TWINS)

But on the other hand cedar is pretty much a impressive bargain aswell on the same price and its a best substitute for rustle considering thunder damage (both have 32%)

 

By the way a tank in a roger paint looks very badass. :D

Go for Ceader, because there is more Thunder then twins plus if you manage to get far away from twins he can't hit you, but a thunder can kill you with one hit if it's upgraded and with drugs.
