m2 is worth it,mu it a bit

i think firebird is all about burning time MU tbh cx even m1 rocks with that

faced gismos with fire/dictator/spark m2 and a few mu (damage/life) and it worked quite well

M2 Fire is exceedingly powerful, but I'm not sure if I still want to get it. At the M2 ranks, almost everybody drugs, which means many people will heal themselves back to full health right after you roast them with Firebird. The slow recharge doesn't help either. This is a problem I've been seeing on the test server as well. The afterburn is great, but it becomes less powerful if everybody's drugging and running around.

 

At least with M2 Isida you get some health back and with M2 Freeze you can slow them down.

There's not so many druggers, trust me. I'll say more skilled drugers, because they have more experience. And...

most people don't use the repair kit...

Loackie, you clearly haven't been snuck up by a M2 Fire on DP. If you have, you'd know how it is

unless you have terrible reflexes, I could not imagine a firebird on DP easily killing a m2 mammoth. 105 dps plus the very minor afterburn (according to your posts) is not going to kill a mammoth user that can click a key in milliseconds. I haven't been snuck up by one with DP, just a normal one. :x

If you're preoccupied, you might not be hovering over 1 to heal yourself. If you are, then I smell a try-hard. Could just be me playing with a cast on but I wouldn't be cocky around a Fire on DP :unsure:

I prefer to avoid using Firebird; in a myriad of times, either your kill is seized, or if you manage to finish off your enemy, almost all of your load is gone. Firebird typically retains from reloading in time. You would have to master using the afterburn without pushing your space-bar too long.

pizzasalad: "If you're preoccupied, you might not be hovering over 1 to heal yourself." Yeah, using WASD and Q and E don't justify being able to press "1" before a M2 firebird kills you. Look at the units: "seconds". even so if you have a decent typing speed (60wpm+), which quite a lot of people do, then you should be able to type a key consecutively in under a second.
