you can use for DM and CP heavy hulls

Everythink actually! However, needs knowledge and strategy.

Unfortunately, still I don't have enough knowledge and skill to do it  :(  :(

I wonder how M2 Smoky is doing after the update. On one hand, the impact force has been reduced by a bit. On the other hand, M2 Smoky is mostly powerful because of how much damage it does, so I'm not sure if it's been affected that much.

Considering how much impact force it had beforehand, it's probably still possible to deflect shots. My M1 Smoky is having difficulties now, but that's because it's a M1 against M2s, I suppose.

when you get to higher ranks it begins to lose its spark

so does firebird m1

Micro upgrades...M1 --> M 1.75. Kinda competitive, but theoretically only loses its "spark" once you pass Colonel, since m3s.

I still used Smoky M1 when I was Lieutenant Colonel and Colonel, just takes skill to use it effectively. I have it M2 now...  the critical has saved me A LOT of times especially from a charging-up Railgun.
