Smoky in my opinion is the best gun. It is the starter gun so most people see it right away and just buy a different gun, but when you get to like Captain and above it gets more and more popular because most people (not me) get over how much the starter gun is just plain bad, because once it is M1 it can almost 1 shot a Wasp but I think the M1's price a little bit too low.

What i really like is smoky is having its critical hit.. which is really surprising. every turret can be judge easily( ie how much damage its going to give) But smoky is different

I got smoky m2 a few days ago, couldn't be happier about it, its my new favorite weapon.  So funny to watch people scramble when they start getting hit with it and have no idea which way to run :)

I'd recommend you not to buy any paint at your rank yet as they'll be rather useless once you're playing against higher ranked players. Try to wait as long as possible with buying a protection paint.

Yes, it has some great Smoky protection and a decent Railgun and Ricochet protection. You can bring the Ricochet and Railgun protection to 20% and 26% protection respectively for about 20k crystals which is not too expensive.

I made a new account, Scottish_Patriot, and I used Smoky M0 with wasp and it was very good. My main account is higher rank, so I first have to get 11,000 crystals for M1. For now I use thunder instead. ^_^

The way you never finish firing (instant reload time) and the way you hear its *drmp* sound is so pleSant to anyone who gets so much fun playing DM's and lightformat battles in general , the way it gives u a full control of the area you are located in on anymap is actually not expressable , and MOST importantly is its critical hits , God !!! you gotta love these (unless ur opponent is a smoky ofcourse :p )
