Viking does not have better mavoeuvrability,Dictator has got more turning speed 0:

I'm talking about viking M2. I'm pretty sure it hs better turning speed than dictator, but I'll go check that now for ya.

Even if viking has more turning speed( If I know the truth, it doesn't) dictators turning speed/speed ratio is higher, so Dictator can turn in smaller "circle"

Well, speed is never really a disadvantage, and turning circle for medium hulls is much less relevant than for the lights.

Because of the drifting? Or worse turn speed/speed ratio? xd

Hi! Should I upgrade my Dictator to M2 when there's a -50% sale off it, or should I just spend the crystals to MU my other equipment? I really like Dictator M1 but I don't use it because using M1 at this rank would be just useless and stupid looking. xD I'm going to buy Dictator M2 if I get enough crystals for Dictator M2+ some MUs. Does it sound good? :D Thank you for answering. :)

Imo, dictator is the best hull. At m1, it is fast enough to capture flags, and strong enough to defend. I often play with higher ranks that have m3s, and I can still hold my own with an m1. Many people take the height as a disadvantage, but I use it to my advantage. Other than the previously stated mentions of being good at getting golds, the height lets you hit angles other tanks would have to go out of their way to get. I use the lack of stability to my advantage too. If I see where the enemy is aiming, I move my turret to the side accordingly so that they shoot me into place.
