You mean a refund, not a rebalance.

 

Refund => Money back only

Rebalance => All hulls, turrets and paints have altered statistics and unlock ranks, so money *has* to be given back.

 

If there was a rebalance I'd look at the new statistics of the weapons, hulls and paints very, very carefully before making a decision.

If there was a refund, I'd dump the M1 weapons I don't use and have a nice shiny M2 Railgun to go with my M2 Hornet.
