Firstly, I wasn't talking to you at all, it looks funny to respond to something that wasn't directed to you. I was talking to the OP, you come here and talk for yourself...?

 

Secondly, I don't really care if you will log in and if you will, when exactly. All I'm saying is ideas posted anywhere out of the Feedback don't get seen by the Devs.

It's simple. You get banned for breaking a rule. While you are banned, you can't use forum/chat so you don't break another rule. Same with the vote system, usually rule breakers don't care about rules, mods, their work, etc. So, if they have the ability to use vote, many of them will abuse it - send false complaints. That's why they aren't allowed to do it.

 

So, if you want to be able to do something normal players can do, simply don't break rules and dont get banned.

Yes, you can. When someone from your team /votes someone else, an yellow message will appear where usually flag messages appear, saying 'Your report has been sent'.

wow, are you sure! look again what you said: 'Your report has been sent'. i only can see that message (green letters on left in Chat part of screen) if I send that message. since i'm here and use that command i saw it only when i send. but forget /vote, i cant see . i even cant confirm (back-up) other users claims.

'Your report has been sent' - meaning, 'Dear team/players, your report has been sent'.

Read my post again. I'm not talking about the green message that appears in chat after you execute the command, I'm talking for the yellow message that appears on top of the screen after someone from your team executes the /vote.

Being proud of insulting and swearing at others simply shows what person you are. And such people usually don't have any privilegies. 3rd time, if you want to suggest something, go to Feedback. If you're scared about your email, make a new one, for example, hosted in China.

 

on the other hand, just make new rule. if someone abuse that command and you have proof, ban him forever.

When people to false voting and a Mod comes, he bans those who abused it. However, if banned people can vote aswell (and let's say most of them abuse the vote), it will be just more work for mods and instead of moderating the chat, they'll have to join battles and ban 'vote abusers', that's not good.
