The fact you didn't doesn't mean it hasn't happened.

When the new graphics came, the Thunder shot was too small. It got changed by players' request (Russians suggested it). Friends system was also suggested by players. Things like changing combo in battle without losing score, night battles, different engine sounds for tanks, battle search/sort, etc. (which are planned) were also suggested by players.

 

Devs may not listen every time. But still sometimes they do it.

Devs often listen to players and thanks to working on the English part of the Feddback site, the English Community is suggesting many great ideas that will be checked by the Devs as soon as possible.

As said by my colleague, the fact you didn't see doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
