Ok 2 little questions....

 

1. In the video, is it ok to have a piece of paper that only says "Mister Tanki Online"....or do we have to add nicknames, and say that it's 2013?

2. Since youtube makes videos a bit longer someimes (a wierd glitch), are 31 seconds also going to be allowed like last time?

1. It's OK. But it would be better if you could write 2013. 

2. 31 sec. videos are still being accepted, because YouTube sometimes displays 30 sec. videos as 31 sec., but you'll be disqualified if your video exceeds 31 seconds.

True story. However if you don't have the links, how will you watch them? Wait till they get posted for voting.

 

Can the video be fast forwarded (like a time lapse)?

You can flip it upside down if you want. The important is to be funny, you to be in it, to somehow show the video is made specially for the contest and to not exceed 30/31 seconds.

Can i and my brother do the video together. If we would win the telefone or tablet we would just share it and the supplies and diamonds we could split in have. both of as have different profiles.

Yes, 31 second videos are accepted. 32 is too long.

When the staff is going to be voting, and lets say someone wins, will that someone get the phone? And then there will be a seperate voting in which the players can vote, and the winner of THAT will also get a phone? OR just some crystals and supplies? How exactly is it?

Check the main contest topic. Developers' choice winners get gadgets, mugs, T-shirts, supplies and crystals. Players' choice winners get all the same stuff except for gadgets.

What you shown is yourself sitting in the room after the skiing part. We believe that it was you in the video skiing but it doesn't prove that the video itself was made for the contest. And we only accept videos that were made specifically for it. So sorry, but we can not accept it.
