Pre pay for a Weapon

So in the awakeing of the discounts, I don't have a high enough rank to get m2 railgun :@. So why can't we sort of pre pay for a weapon and when you reach that rank then the weapon is 'unlocked' for you to use? I hope this is put in tomorrow so i can buy railgun :)!!!

I was liked 2/3's through my rank yesterday but because of discounts i battled like mad and ranked.

Dude, it's like 3400 pure kills, without capturing any flags. I doubt that anybody could do that, i even saw a higher ranker player getting 700 kills (ikr?), but he played for at least 8 hours!
