I do not know if this question is asked, but I didn't find the topic anywhere on the search system.

 

Every time I open the TankViewer, it's grey screen forever. I don't have flash and I'm not allowed to install flash since I've chrome and IE already. 

 

I've tried on IE and Chrome both but what they show is grey screen.

 

Please help me to resolve this.

then you should try with flash because i use only flash ;)

As selena said have you done that. Also try clearing your cache. Try another browser.

ünd there's been made a video explaining how to download, and install it correctly.

 

I don't know if you've come this far already, but also check your config file closely; if you make custom textures;

you'll need to add a code exactly the same as above, but with a different number.

 

One wrong letter or sign, and the whole program stops working.

You'll see a grey screen forever, just like you mentioned.
