Tell me how it's unfair; a boy participated for a girl's contest which give the same prizes. Only the Russians will win in the Dev's choice due to bias.

First of all, we can't really tell if it is Raphael in the video or someone else. What we were looking for is funny videos made specifically for the contest.

 

As for Russians winning, it's not biased, videos from all 3 communities are posted on developers' forum and devs vote for the best ones there. For example, in Mister TO, superkhalid14's video came 4th, a German guy's entry was 5th or 6th I think. It's all about ideas and quality, not the country you are from or the language you speak.
