Tanki Online (help@tankionline.com) makes me angry -.-

Hello.

 

I have a problem with Tanki online.I am trying to make a app. I have asked them if they have any files for me to make an app.

 

Then I wait the next day which makes me angry. They reply back 'What is your ID on Tanki online? '

I reply back 'abraarkhan.'

 

They replied sure!

Then where is my files I replied. There was no files or attachment.

 

Then I wait another day and then they say 'What was your problem?'

I just shook my head.

 

So is help@tankionline.com wrong with them or is it me?

I told them -.- They said sure but the next day I said please can I have the files to be able to play tanki and they said what was your problem -,-

help@tankionline.com is for problems and sometimes requests, and it's managed by multiple people - asking for "app files" is not one of it's functions.

 

Tanki have their own developers, who are most likely planning to make an app in the future as it is.
