2. Were the teams full?
3. Were you lagging at this time?
4. try refreshing your page?
5. Clear browser cache
6. Raise FPS by taking off settings

Mi sono connesso tramite l'account di mio cugino, non riesco ad entrare nel mio account Davexxx, gli hanno modificato la password e il problema è che non c'è la mia e-mail in questo account, quindi non posso inviare il messaggio della password alla mia e-mail. by making a topic about something that didn't happen to him, then you waste your time on asking him for more details but he never answers. Don't you think that's trolling?

It's a stupid move not to answer a question just because you assume it's a waste of time.

He can use it or not use it; if it's not solved he can respond and there will come further help... that's all up to him.
