I Think you should make as normal headlights first , then change the hue to blue :)

Not bad actually^ But if you made the shadows a bit darker, and added a small Vignette strip in the bottom part with a Opacity about 20-30% it would look then much better in my opinion :D

I'd gladly make a Vignette kind of effect, but I'd like it to be the color of the forum... Like this, it doesn't look good.

To darken: Edit>Adjustments>Levels>And adjust them to your liking, REALLY SIMPLE! As for te vignette: >Selection Tool>Make a retangular at the bottom>FIlter>Blur>Gussian Blur>Make it very smooth>Then drop the opacity to 20-30%, The result might be better ;)

Hhh,you think I have Adobe photoshop? Nah. I use online online editors... And, is this what you had in mind? A bit lighter, bit darker? (Don't focus on the shadows, I haven't darken those yet).

Placing those 'fancy lines & colors' doesn't make any one look like a mod, I wasn't trying to be one :D

I was trying to help him understand some of Tanki rules, I didn't make them, Tanki did, and we should all follow them :)
