• You shouldn't saturate one tiny section of the pic, then completely desaturate the other half. Unless you're using it to focus on something.
• Don't overuse lens flares or muzzle flashes.
• Learn to do brush lines.
• Low quality pic?

Improving a lot! I have a few things to note for you:

• Blur further things more, so the background should be most blurred, while in this case the house and sign should have less blur. It's also very close to the camera, so it should have very little blur if any at all.
• Your tank's paint doesn't really match the background that you edited in.
• Shadows should be darker, and lighter areas need to be brighter.
• Your flare is cut off, which, in real life, doesn't happen. Like, it should come in front of the house.

I meant to overuse the flares and I was focusing on something else
