I don't know who you are but here are some facts for you, enlighten yourself

 

1)  is not a member of Clan Top Gun [TG]

 

2)  No! I do not really suffer under it at all.  Ask around and you'll quickly realize that the noob clan from couple of months ago is now growing into a mini organization of its own run by several key members who share the same passion and a high level of maturity acquired through our individual and collective experience.  We're also one of the quickest to grow at the moment and whether birthstone is allowed to join or not , Top Gun will carry on

3) Sorry mate, but I've only made about 5 topics on the forum in my whole tanki career and GV never made similar statements like ''it was always my opinion'' on any of these other ones.

 

You're just here either to pick a bone with GV, or you're here for intentionally flaming up and trolling.  Whichever it is you seemed to have miss this line in the OP

The rules have been changed.

 

2.12 - A player can change clan only during the period of the transfer window, from the 1st to the 5th of every month.

2.13 - To change clan firstly you need to leave the current one. In order to do this, you have to publicly declare it in your clan topic. Then your ex-clan has to confirm that you have left during the next transfer window (or during the current one, if you announced that you are leaving while there was an open window).

2.14 - Right after the confirmation from your ex-clan, you can join another clan. To do this it's necessary to post an official message in your new clan's topic saying that you are joining it. If everything was done correctly and your nickname appeared in the registrations topic, you will be able to play for your new clan starting from the 6th of this month.

2.15 - If a player has left the clan to play in non-clan tournaments, he can't return to his clan or join any other clan for the next 3 months.

If a player has been seen taking part in any non-clan cybersport event (announced that he's joining a team, created new team/tandem/clan, etc.) it's automatically assumed that he left clan section. It means that the 3 months rules comes into force for him. Attempts to change or delete messages will result in permanent ban from cybersport for fraud.

2.16 - A player officially leaves his clan only after it is announced (which means that 3 months ban from cybersport starts from the moment when your ex-clan has officially announced you leaving). If for some reason the clan leader hasn't announced you leaving during the next transfer window even after you announced it in the clan topic, your 3 month ban starts from the first transfer window after your announcement. Attempts to correct messages will lead to serious bans from cybersport. Remember that we can check the history of changes of any message.

2.17 - You become an official member of a clan from the moment it was officially announced in the transfer topic.

2.18 - You can start playing for your new clan a day after the transfer window (the one in which you were announced as a member of your new clan) was closed. Which means that you can start playing from the 6th day of a month as a transfer window is closed in the evening of the 5th.
