i have a screen shot of a twins not allowing to capture the flag !!! i this pic its hardly showing that wasp cant capture the flag with his twins power bullet !

that twins did to me even i could't get screen shot !!!

Yes it is breaking rule 1.16:

1.16. - intentionally obstructing the gameplay of the team that the Player's tank belongs to;

Ironically, in trying to be helpful and informing someone else about rules I have broken them :(. My apologies, I should have read the forum rules more carefully first. It won't happen again - if I could delete the post I would.
