Yes I have seen someone in there but Idk how - maybe spawned inside I guess.

What you do:

1.a. get hornet or wasp

1.b. get a recoil weapon, it's possible to do it without but recoil is recommended

2.a. go to the ramp that's on the red side of the map

2.a.1. The ramp on the big hill with the buildings

2.b. go to the left edge of ramp

3. Go around building

4. Back up

5. Use nitro

6.a. Go over the little white fence, be sure to dodge tower

6.b. Use your recoil weapon if you start tilting, you might just flip

7. Be stealthy, don't let people know you're there or they'll kill you

 

Although it's a cool special spot, people can kill you easily if your team doesn't support you, from the red base, a railgunner can shoot you on the far left side

If you're hiding in the middle, there's a gap in the buildings on the right and they can kill you

If you're in the little notch on the far right, they can shoot through that hole and kill you

 

But, it's a cool hiding place and you can rack up high kills with a mosquito and all drugs

Double Power: You'd want to get 1 shot kills because they'll be exiting base

Double Armor: They'll try to kill you

Nitro: To get away from the gaps quickly and get minimal damage when they try to kill you
