i lose my score

i was in island battle and my score was 1000 and i was druging then my laptop turn off automatic each time they saved my score but this time it doesnt why because i drug i should get 800 crystals

Hello, you turned off your laptop, your internet connection was disconnected, thus you were removed.

the only way to get your crystals is not valid in this case because you were not kicked due to server fault.

Like Meso said, if your internet connection dies, or your computer shuts down, you cannot get the crystals back. However, I was in a battle, and my Google Chrome browser closed. My computer didn't shutdown, however. I re-opened it and clicked on "Restore", and it brought me to the same battle with the same score and I won crystals. So, if it ever shutdowns again, go back to your browser and maybe it'll have an option to restore your Tanki tab and you'll be brought back to the same battle.

 

But honestly, 800 crystals isn't too much.

Yes, usually it saves your current session and enters sleep mode.

If you put it on the charge; and get back into battle within 5 minutes, there shouldn't be anything lost.

But you don't always get that notification to restore your tabs though.

I've lost connection before, but I was still able to reenter the game.

 

You were probably inactive for over 5 minutes, so the server kicked you due to inactivity.

no actually it spent only 3.3 mins

 i swear, i pressed restore it brings me on main chat also ask safwat1111 his my brother

actually it happens too much to my laptop.it became hot but the connection is good it wasnt cloosed

and each time  the game restore every single move but this time no

I guess it has to do with that fact that your browser gets closed, so you are logged out of the session automatically.

 

My point was that just losing the connection does not result in being kicked from the game. Probably closing the browser does.

As said above, the whole process of the closing the browser, disconnecting the net, and restarting the computer led for you to be removed from the battle, just plug in your charger when the battery goes low.
