Do you think Shaft will be good/OP again?

I've never played Tanki before the re-balance, but I heard that Shaft was OP. After rebalance, it was not so good, but with the new physics, shaft is supposed to have a 8 second reload with a 3 second max charge? I think 3 seconds is a bit generous...

Well Shaft is kinda underpowered now, so new update will certainly balance things out. 

Keep in mind that tanks will be fast, so Shaft's slow turning is going to be a bigger disadvantage, even if is going to turn a bit faster. Tanks will race out of cover and the unlucky Shaft will not be able to hit them.

Also bear in mind that they said something about a 8 second reload? Kinda scary...

Judging from the 3 second charge and 8 second reload (which is similar to railgun's) I'd say it can compete with other tanks now, though with the reload railgun hide tactics have to be deployed.
Fun part is that you can start using Shaft+Hornet combo and start being a quickscoper.

The 3 second charge will make it easier to shoot rapidly. Although the 8 second cool down though... Makes it hard to snipe good.

No more massive Shaft campers. With a medium hull, you can pull out, load up your charge, then pull into hiding while Shaft reloads.
