Arabic keyboard bhi nahi hoga un k reporter ki he yeh skill hogi xyz font ki help se arebic likhna.

Jaane do yaar verna yeh log hindi meh toh likhegeh nahi bekar meh ban karna shuru karegeh.

Agar sach meh desh prem k bareh meh sochteh hai toh unhe khud bin bole he hindi meh likhna chaiyeh.Taki Jo hum sochteh hai india kisi bhi field(shetra) meh pichhe na rahe kadam se kadam mila k chale.

Well you guys need to understand that its just 2 reporters in our team right now, we barely get time to write all the articles gain pictures and stuff. Converting them to Hindi script is an even more time taking job. Where as the Arabic team is almost as big as the EN team so not a problem for them. If we had to keep you guys unsatisfied why would be even create a Hindi newspaper in the first place? I know reading the current one is a problem for some, but we are currently discussing it and maybe in the near future we will publish in devanagri script itself. Just understand this and keep calm! It is impossible for us to satisfy you if you do not co-operate and make your mindsets like this.

What I'm saying is that if you have problems translating your article into Devnagri Hindi, I can do that bit. In other words, I'm saying that I can be a "script translator". I demand no credit or recognition, they'll be your articles but I'll convert them to Devnagri Hindi. The real Hindi.

The reasoning behind the Hindi Newspaper being written using Latin alphabet was a carefully thought-out decision made after weighing up the benefits and drawbacks of writing in Latin alphabet vs. writing in Devanagari script.

 

Ultimately, we decided that Latin alphabet makes our articles both easier to read (some Hindi speakers may struggle with Devanagari script and its fully traditional vocabulary) and more widely accessible (those who speak Urdu and similar languages can read the articles).

 

In our view as experienced writers, this practicality and simplicity in communication outweighed the formality provided by the Devanagari script. After all, we're a 'Newspaper' - more like a magazine TBH - on a gaming forum, not an actual broadsheet publication!

OK, firstly, Hinglish is the usage of both Hindi and English phrases/words in same sentence, jaise Ki Yeh. Secondly, I personally would have great difficulty reading Devanagri script and even greater problems writing in it since it has a lot more alphabets and phonetics than English. Writing in Latin script solves far more issues than it causes.

I understand where you're coming from, we may review this in future, but I also hope your understand that your word is not law. I can assure you we have considered what you're saying and we appreciate where you're coming from, but this does not mean we must do what you say. Of course I can tolerate your position; It's great that you're reaching out to the Hindi community with this initiative. I am nobody to enforce my word upon you. I can only put my view forward. Personally, I'd prefer Hindi in Devnagri script. That's my opinion.

 

If you see the need for Hinglish keep it. But I think if you can have both Devnagri and Hinglish, that would be perfect since you would cater to everyone and everyone would be happy. The final decision is of course yours.
