Fast food is junk food. It's full of fat, salt and sugar, and it doesn't contain many vitamins. Many teenagers have made fast food an important part of their diet and are overweight. Also, they don't exercise enough, so at some point, they will probably have health problems. Teens need to avoid food, They should eat home-cooked meals and lots os salads, They should drink lots of milk instead of soft drink. Milk and dairy products are rich in protein and calcium and are necessary for healthy teeth and bones.

I eat a LOT of 'fast food', no I am not overweight, no I dont exercise, no I dont have a health issues, no I dont drink milk daily, yes I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, the only thing is to balance it all out :D

I eat a LOT of 'fast food', no I am not overweight, no I dont exercise, no I dont have a health issues, no I dont drink milk daily, yes I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, the only thing is to balance it all out :D

You gotta love a fast metabolism! :D

Shrimp Curry with rice(spicy)(Yes,i do eat curry a lot, i am part indian but i'm not Hindu.)

Can't post a pic due to the fact that their is so many kinds of curry and when i look it up, i don't get the right thing.

Tricky for me as I cant eat

Wheat, Dairy, Gluton, Nut based products, Etc.

I feel sorry for you. I don't think I could make it without those things.
