I prefer cooked green peas. When salted water boils I cook frozen green peas, no spices just peas.

And very rarely i like Serbian cuisine, it is called "Pljeskavica u somunu":

 

250 grams of meat and it is really a sin to eat with ketchup, but it required a lot of finely chopped onions (as a contribution inside)

Lepinja can be used also :) But i preffer somun (soft, slightly leavened flatbread baked from wheat flour). Just to point out, the price is only 2 euros - on a street stand :)

 

And let me add this, Serbian (sarma is more Balkan) cuisine:

 

Home made ajvar (a type of relish, made principally from red bell peppers, with garlic. It may also contain chili peppers. Ajvar originates in the Serbian cuisine, and was therefore long known as "Serbian salad" or "Serbian vegetable caviar":

Looks tasty, but from cooking skills i think its a bit over cooked in the oven other than that its great?

 

Where are you from, ive noticed the pizza's i eat are more red, im from UK and sorry about my eyesight whats them green lumps?
