what it means "higher kinetic impact force." ... percent of all admins say it will get railgun??

Higher kinetic impact force means that the projectiles shot by a turret will hit another hull with more recoil and power.

No, the commands were disabled for everyone. The reason why people have already reached Generallisimo is because test server accounts that were made a long time ago still worked.

railgun already better than rico . I think railgun impact force will be more so that it make rico miss 2-3 shots at that time hide and wait then shoot up.
