I did not understand you there, everything is same as freeze, but it slows things down?

He means exactly like Freeze, except you instantly un-freeze when you're not being sprayed. So basically like a worse Freeze.

ok what im saying is a replace ment for freeze since some just freeze you and leave you then somone else kills you or they cap flags can you go after them no your cemented to the ground so at first i suggested a tractor beam but peaple say it wont hit multi targets so a tractor ray sam every thing as freeze even looks but it only slows while being shot so exact thing as freeze but you only are slow while being hit
