In today's topic: Just wonder how much the parkour community would have improved if only FnF and TFP worked together

I have brought that conversation here because that is more of an open topic rather than a club topic. So anyway, here are the conversations taken from TFP's club discussing the matter.: 

 

 

The first reply to this idea was a MEME. Yup, not a big answer. 

The second reply to this was a surprise:

The third reply was a 'right in the face' reply by the leader of one of the mentioned clubs. To his reply, the answer is yes, check below (waay below):

 

How do you imagine F&F and TFP working together? We have different projects we're working on, different parkour styles, different things we believe are the right things to do... It's not really like working together will combine our abilities into one bigger and better thing, to have some useful cooperation between the teams there has to be some good way for us to cooperate in a useful way with no negative side effects. Would love to hear any suggestions about this, cause I have no idea...

The fourth reply was a little softer one, by a member of one of the mentioned clubs: 

 

The idea of cooperating is very controversial and I don't think either club would prefer this due to the differences between us although I don't mind. I don't think both of our clubs really have anything in common therefore would be almost impossible to become a much better team if working together.

 

 

So lets get right into the matter. I have an idea.

The idea is to make a Parkour Club Pub? A place to let all members of all parkour club to enjoy. This should be for everyone even noobs low rankers! A place to let all Parkour Ideas, Help, Ordinary spam parkour discussion, and fun to take place. FnF or TFP? Well, debate in the Parkour Club Pub? 'Cuz why not?

And @Nikk. What are you? Like seriously! My friend told me that you are a friendly guy, but what about in the topic section? Why no reply? Many things have come and gone, but I have noticed that you were not in that 'many things'. If you are busy, then I understand, but then what about ? Why don't you say something about helping the parkour community? I have seen TFP many times saying:

our goal is to produce high quality guides for our fans, set a high standard of parkour in the English community and ultimately, become the official English parkour club

 

Ahem, um.. aren't you going to help the parkour community? Sorry if I may act a little biased over here, but I am not. I am just trying to point out that I have seen TFP less often stating that they want to help the parkour community grow. Most of their guides are not actually much guide full. Check this comment that was posted long ago:

 

 

 

 

Thus, I would like to ask: Are you really trying to help the Parkour Community grow?

 

 

 

Now about FnF, my friend (the same guy who told that Nikk is a good guy) told that FnF shows really hard tricks. Their intro states that: 

Our main goal is to improve the level of parkour amongst the community in Tanki Online, teach players new parkour tricks and encourage creativity in parkour.

 

Umm... Well... the montages you show, are... um... Hard? Isn't that the word? Sorry, but I missed my English. Anyway, I am not going to say bad things about FnF because I haven't found much. If you found one, feel free to state.

So... both of the clubs have bad sides. Both of them have good. To @SwiftSmoky, I have no idea of how TFP and FnF can work together, so I am sorry, but, why not parkour with TFP? And TFP, why not parkour with FnF? FnF will get to teach TFP their creative ways while TFP will get to teach FnF their 4k ways. 

 

So, on the bright side, there may just be a way to improve the parkour community if you two work together. And for the whole community, I think that the Parkour Club Pub would be a good option, but please don't let it be in the Parkour section, but instead in the Parkour Club section as a pinned topic. 

 

These are just my opinions (and debates), but if you disagree with my opinions, before you start to make a debate against this idea, please ask your self, "How else would the Parkour community grow?" and "Won't the Parkour Community have improved a lot if these ideas were implemented?"

This seems like a Political debate, there are two big parties trying to show their best, and as we all know... they *CANT* work together, idc if you go with it or not but, we all try to show represent ourselves thats why we go in *Clubs* and yh, we actually work for 1team, thats tanki english community, anything that FnF or TFP does counts as an En Community thing , so please..

Freeze elevator.

 

That's a part of my Theory of Unicorns, and I am absolutely serious, it is useful in parkour. You just aren't creative enough to use this freeze elevator in a good way.

Yes, just set up a mine somewhere for a friend to hit when you are in the air, and make sure the twins know when to stop shooting (count the seconds) to not get you into the sky kill zone :)

or you can drop your mines at the elevator and kill one of the twins to rank up and weaken the elevator so u dont reach the kill zone

Depends on the modification of your hull. For Wasp M1 you need 3 Twins.

2 Twins can be enough for Wasp M1 but requires attention to small details like very precise balancing of the jumper and a few other little things that can help... But will be much easier to use 3 Twins. The best hull for the Twins is Hornet.

It's stable, but there shouldn't be any problem with stability with Hornets unless you climb on them in a bad way. A good way to get on them is either jump or above or get a Wasp to stand with his side to the elevator so you can use him to climb up. Make sure that the jumper doesn't push the Hornets when climbing them, it is better to climb from in front of the wall so if you push the elevator it will be into the wall and will not ruin the alignment.

It's stable, but there shouldn't be any problem with stability with Hornets unless you climb on them in a bad way. It was a "Mammoth Tower", 5 Mammoths all phantom into a Wasp then the Wasp self-destructs and boom, there you go, a Mammoth on a house  :P

WARNING: PERSONAL OPINION! - NO OFFENSE

 

As a non-active player, I'd like to draw your attention to the style and overall appearance of your parkour videos.

Massive light effects, rapidly changing scenarios and offensive music make the video literally unbearable for an outsider. One more thing: In my opinion, there are more crazy people who like the smooth videos than "calm" ones who like the crazy vids.

 

u talk about F&F videos too? would love to hear some constructive feedback :)

 

and ye I agree with u about the massive effects and rapidly changing scenarios, looks terrible
