I created background in an online program (similar to paint but better)

added tank gave the tank some effects

added goldbox with boxviewer

took pics of the parachute from different angles

and added destroyed tank with explosion

added my nick name

added smoke too an TO logo

think before you say ok?

This is the ugliest background yet, right next to NFS_TankiOnlines work of "art"

It only got so many votes because the author of it is well-known, not because it it good

The ones who voted her pic are not trolls, also her picture is good, you weren't asked to give your opinion as it doesn't matter, the contest has its own judges, also it is enough that your creativity topic was closed for stealing pics :)

I'm guessing you duplicated a raindrop or something like that, if that's the case, it would go much faster if you merged the layers down as you duplicated, that way the number of raindrops you duplicate at once increases.
