I'd say most of the pre-rebalance elite clan members from Dare Devils, Shadow Strikers, and Ironclads (And some more popular clans, my memory is failing me). AKA the golden age of Tanki.

 

EDIT: Not to be rude, but some of the "legends" proposed in this topic are unknown to me/not really that legendary/total frauds. You know who you are    :ph34r:   :P

It's extremely difficult to kill him because our communitie said he's got a paint called "ruby" who protect on 99% of all turret and firebird and freeze have no effect on him !!!!!!

SS 51: 0 IC

SS 1:1 DD

SS 11:11 DD

SS 0:0 DD

SS 0:0 DD

 

DD/SS were the only clans that were undefeated against everyone except eachother. They never won or lost a clan war against eachother all of them were ties. Practices were never ties, both won their fair share but obviously I can't really post those screenshots.
