Purchase a cooler for your laptop from an electronics shop.

Avoid blocking your fan and putting objects under it like blanket etc.. if this doesn't work try taking your laptop to a specialist who can clean the fan of dust

Use laptop on the straight place like table

Turn laptop off, use something thin to make fan start turning. Then it startsngoing reallly fast when you turn laptop on, worked for me two yeas ago

Try taking the battery out and just use the mains. Some of the heat is generated from charging.

Interesting answers that the OP didn't respond to since almost a week, try doing them if you decided to check this topic, if none of  them work, take your computer to a computer repair shop and ask them what to do, or google what you need.
