personaly i got m2 dictator and i cant wait to get it m3 but its from rank generalismo i think its too big a rank for dictator. and if my only hull is dictator m2 i will be destroyed many times cuz it has 194 hp and fighting aginst m3 mamonths on big rank maps its very low so can't you change the rank needed for m3 any rank but not marshal to generalismo

Dictator is very good at m3, there is a reason it is unlocked at generalissimo.

Though if you are worried about being destroyed on higher ranks, get somethink alternative till generalissimo, like hornet or viking. They M3 unlocks pretty early.
