also not al noobs can't turn their turret: if you can read you'll see something about controls in the loadinscreen

If this happened, high-ranked experienced players would come in and ruin in, without anyway of removing them. That's why we have current clans, because it's only the best of the best that win. A noob clan would just be a pro clan except everyone in the battles would be experienced and have m0-m1 equipment on a noob account.

what about having a noob version, and a pro version of a clan, when a player becomes a third luitenent, he may promote to the pro version of the clan.

[edit]( this is just extra, but tell me if you like it)- And what about having a Super pro(other names can be given) version of the clan, when the player becomes a brigader, he may promote to the third or the super pro version of the clan. The clan wars may be divided into three parts, too. This will ensure that the generalissimos don't crush the poor third luitenents.
